As a teenager, I was obese, diagnosed with prediabetes, and reached 140kg by 15.

One day, I looked in the mirror and knew I had to change...

With my mother’s support, I got my first gym membership and started eating healthier.

In six months, I lost 60kg, but without proper knowledge, I was just a smaller version of myself.

I had focused only on cardio, unaware of how to build my physique.

A few years later, I took a different approach, strength training and muscle building.

Moving to London, I found inspiration in the bodybuilding community.

For the past 12 years, I’ve dedicated myself to fitness, helping others transform their bodies the right way.

Avoiding the mistakes I made and achieving lasting results.
